Download iOS firmware bellow, install latest iTunes and open it. Connect your iDevice to pc, select your device from the left navigation panel on iTunes. Hold down the Shift or Alt/Option on Mac and hit the restore button on iTunes. Browse and select the downloaded iOS 6 IPSW file. Let the restore process complete until complete.
